We are pleased to offer direct billing to most insurance providers.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee direct billing at every appointment. This could be due to issues with the submissions portal, clinic or individual insurance plans.

How does the direct billing program work?

You give us your policy number/ID and we submit it through the web portal. The portal will give us the exact amount that your benefit plan will pay and you will be required to pay the remaining portion of the visit that isn’t covered, if anything.

Will I be required to pay anything?

Your treatment cost will be submitted to the portal and you will pay the portion of the treatment that the insurance company will not cover according to the portal reply. For example, if you have coverage of 80% of your visit of $110, you will pay $22. Payment amounts depend on your individual coverage and portal response. There may also be a deductible that you have to pay before coverage begins. Please contact your insurance company to understand how much your plan will cover.

can i use direct billing to pay for future appointments?

No, we can only direct bill for appointments that have already occurred.

Do I get a receipt if you direct bill for me?

You will get a receipt only for the portion of the massage you have paid for. For example if you have 80% coverage you will get a receipt for the 20% remaining balance that you pay. If you are covered at 100% you will not receive a receipt.
